Originals
Original artwork from Dumpy Dog Creations can be returned in the original condition it was shipped for a 15% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of original artwork, we ask that you notify Dumpy Dog Creations of the condition of the item and whether or not the artwork meets your expectations. If the you decide to return the artwork, the same packaging should be used to ensure its safe and prompt return to the us. The package must be adequately insured for the full sale value of the artwork. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping and insurance costs. Upon return of the artwork to Dumpy Dog Creations, you will be refunded the purchase price less the restocking fee.
Reproductions
Art reproductions from Dumpy Dog Creations are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure of your purchases at our online store. We have a strict no refund policy for all products at this time.
We will replace or repair original paintings and replace reproductions damaged during shipping.
Please allow sufficient time to produce and ship reproductions that you want for special events. It takes approximately one week to produce a frame stretched canvas. Depending where you are located, shipping can take from a few days to several weeks. Contact us for details.
